The first treat of the day
As like I cook for my family, I cook exactly for our guests: I prefer using organic products, mostly “farm-to-table”, with a mix of colors and tastes able to tease even the most refined palates and to satisfy the more demanding ones.
It has been about 10 years that I do not use any sugar in my recipes, replacing it with natural sweeteners with a reduced glycemic index like rice malt, creating healthy but tasty desserts. My cuisine is mainly vegan, and my challenge is to attract even those more skeptics to this diet, taking them.. for the throat.
Our typical breakfast includes rice milk (or soy one), wholemeal bread, sugar free jam, cakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, kanten, dry fruit, wholemeal cereals cream or pudding. That is the right meal to start every day of your unforgettable holiday on Lake Garda!
